Our Team
Sunshine’s educators are aligned with Rhode Island’s Brightstars quality rating system. All lead teachers have earned an associate or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education. Staff are trained in RI Early Learning and Development Standards along with 24 hours of continuous professional development each calendar year. Planning and curriculum are done outside of the classroom each week. We take great pride in our staff culture that feels like family. Many of our dedicated teachers have been with us for over 10 years!
